Meet Ute Kranefeld
Ute Kranefeld specializes in working with those
who are in transition or thinking about it.
Why? “I have navigated through so many
transitions in my life so far – i.e. career
change, divorce, living abroad, immigrating
to Canada from Germany, building my own business,
personal transformation – and learned
so much from it. If I knew then what I know
now, the one thing I sure would have done differently
is to hire a coach! Someone who would have supported
me with both compassion and competence to get
clarity on what I really want and need, to connect
to my power and resourcefulness so I can feel
confident, to move through resistance and blocks,
to communicate effectively and to reach my goals
so much faster and more easily!” So she
is passionate about supporting others with what
she missed so much during her own transitions.
Besides her own personal experience and motivation,
she brings professional expertise from various
fields:
• graduate of Coach for Life, San Diego,
a leading ICF accredited training institute
• many years of experience as an executive
and board member in the communications business,
as a communications consultant for change management
and as a corporate trainer and coach
• member of the International Coach Federation
ICF, the leading international professional
organization for coaches; she fully subscribes
to their Pledge of Ethics and Standards of Conduct
• Certified NLP and Hypnosis Practitioner
• Trained in Gestalt therapy, client-centered
therapy, EFT (Emotional FreedomTechniques),
essence work and meditation
• Inspired Learning Facilitator
• Certified teleleader
• Master’s degree in business administration
Ute has always loved to connect with people
from all over the world. She has studied, worked
or just lived in Germany, Spain, the U.S. and
Canada and is delighted to reach out to clients
from all over the world with her services in
English and German. She also intensely networks
with colleagues from different countries, exchanging
ideas, resources and leading edge knowledge.
In 2007, she made her dream come true and immigrated
from Germany to Canada, her perfect place to
ground and to live her passion for beautiful
nature and open space. Her hobbies and special
interests also include dancing, singing, music,
painting, writing, spirituality and “exploring
new territories”.
